Paint Sale High-Build Epoxy Primer

Rough Prime helps smooth out unusually rough concrete or plaster. It is especially recommended for sandblasted surfaces and has excellent adhesion to fiberglass. Rough Prime's heavy viscosity acts as a "filler" to give your pool surface a more uniform profile. Used only on bare surfaces as an undercoat for Dura Seal.
