ASSISTANT RETAIL STORE MANAGER
Job Description:
The Leslie's Pool Supplies Assistant Store Manager is responsible for maximizing sales and driving the business by effectively assisting the store manager in the occasional supervision of team members and various functions within the retail store. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: customer service; inventory control; ringing through sales in POS register; water analysis; mechanical repairs; unloading trucks; stocking; carrying merchandise to customer's cars; sweeping; cleaning; opening and closing and daily bank deposits; compliance with all Company policies and procedures. The Assistant Store Manager will work a full time schedule. Schedule will be flexible hours and shifts to assist store manager in all facets of retail operations.
Qualifications:
21 years of age;
High School Diploma or equivalent;
New hires recruited directly into this position must possess a minimum of 1 year retail experience
Internal candidates must have worked in the capacity of key carrier for at least 6 months;
