Health & Wellness:

  • Medical and Dental Benefits:
    • Leslie's offers eligible Team Members two medical and dental options to choose from. You can choose a combination of plans that are right for you and your family.
  • Prescription Drug Benefits:
    • All of our Medical plan options include prescription drug coverage.
  • Vision Benefits:
    • Vision benefits are provided at no additional cost to Team Members when any Medical Plan is selected.
  • Wellnes Program:
    • Leslie's Wellness Program will feature Health Awareness Campaigns with helpful information, strategies, and fun events to keep you on the road to good health.

Income Protection Benefits:

  • Basic Life Insurance:
    • Leslie's provides all benefit eligible Team Members with Basic Life insurance and Accidental Death insurance.
  • Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance:
    • Benefit eligible Team Members may elect additional Supplemental Life insurance for themselves, their spouse or eligible children.
  • Short-Term Disability Insurance:
    • Benefit eligible Team Members may choose optional Short-term Disability insurance, which is an important income protection benefit.
  • Long-Term Disability Insurance:
    • All Team Members electing medical coverage automatically receive Long-Term Disability insurance that is 100% paid by Leslie's.

Preparing for the Future:

  • Leslie's 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan:
    • All Team Members are eligible to join the Leslie's 401(k) Plan after just 3 months.
  • Leslie's 401(k) Matching Contribution:
    • Leslie's matches 50 cents for every dollar Team Members contribute to the 401(k) plan up to 4% of contributions.

Balancing Life & Work:

  • Paid Time Off Benefits:
    • Vacation Pay: Team Members earn 2 weeks vacation each anniversary year.
    • Holiday Pay: Benefit eligible Team Members will receive holiday pay on observed holidays.
    • Bereavement Pay: Leslie's provides benefit eligible Team Members with paid time off for bereavement.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP):
    • The Leslie's EAP Plan is a resource that provides confidential counseling services and referrals.
  • Membership Banking:
    • Leslie's offers all Team Members Membership Banking through Wells Fargo Bank and Mortgage Company.
