- Leslie's offers eligible Team Members two medical and dental options to choose from. You can choose a combination of plans that are right for you and your family.
- All of our Medical plan options include prescription drug coverage.
- Vision benefits are provided at no additional cost to Team Members, when any Medical plan is selected, that are 100% paid by Leslie's.
Income Protection Benefits:
- Leslie's provides all benefit eligible Team Members with Basic Life insurance and AD insurance.
- Benefit eligible Team Members may elect additional Supplemental Life insurance for themselves, their spouse or eligible children.
- Benefit eligible Team Members may choose optional Short-term Disability insurance, which is an important income protection benefit.
- All Team Members electing medical coverage automatically receive Long-Term Disability insurance that is 100% paid by Leslie's.
Preparing for the Future:
- All Team Members are eligible to join the Leslie's 401(k) Plan after just 3 months.
- Leslie's matches 50 cents for every dollar Team Members contribute to the 401(k) plan up to 4% of contributions.
Balancing Life & Work:
- Vacation Pay: Team Members earn 2 weeks vacation each anniversary year.
- Holiday Pay: Benefit eligible Team Members will receive holiday pay on observed holidays.
