Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance:

Benefit eligible Team Members may elect additional Supplemental Life insurance for themselves, their spouse or eligible children.

Long-Term Disability Insurance:

All Team Members electing medical coverage automatically receive Long-Term Disability insurance that is 100% paid by Leslie's.

All Team Members are eligible to join the Leslie's 401(k) Plan after just 3 months.

Leslie's 401(k) Matching Contribution:

Leslie's matches 50 cents for every dollar Team Members contribute to the 401(k) plan up to 4% of contributions.
