Description

Aqua Seal is a superb acrylic enamel pool coating. This water-based formula can apply to damp surfaces and has virtually no solvent odor. Aqua Seal is the perfect choice for annual commercial applications or for indoor facilities.

Coverage: 250-275 sq ft. per gallon
Minimum two coats on initial application.

Installation

STEP 1:

Wash your Pool . From the SmartSeal Preparation Kit, use the trisodium phosphate compond mixed with water (8 oz per gallon of water cleans approximately 100 sq ft) Scrub vigoursly using long-handled stiff brush. Rinse about every 10 feet.

STEP 2:

Acid Etch Your Pool . This opens millions of tiny pores for the new paint to adhhere to and removes chalky residue or mineral deposits.

STEP 3:

Wash Your Pool Again. Washing again will help to neutralize any traces of acid. Use the same solution and technique from Step 1.

Note:

Your pool will be water saturated after cleaning. If you are using AquaSeal, you can coat right away. Always consult and follow label instructions. Back to Top
