COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Job Description:
The Leslie's Pool Supplies Commercial Account Executive (CAE) is responsible and accountable for driving and increasing commercial sales, assisting the District Manager to ensure the standards for customer service remain at optimal levels, and driving new commercial business through cold calling, prospecting, and store leads. As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be expected to generate a minimum of 50 sales calls, 30 sales quotes per week, and a minimum of $30,000 in sales quotes per week. The Commercial Sales Representative drives the selling effort by training and coaching store and field personnel to achieve sales and profit objectives. The Commercial Account Executive is also responsible for completing daily reports, expense reports, and any other reports or paperwork requested by the management team, as well as assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies.
Qualifications:
At least five (5) years of outside sales experience;
Bachelor's Degree preferred;
Working knowledge of retail sales industry;
Excellent communication skills;
Proficiency with computers;
Knowledge of the swimming pool industry is a plus, but not required
