CUSTOMER SERVICE LETTERS:
We have had a number of poeple service our pool over the years. Some more knowledgeable than others. Steve recently serviced our pool, and I was very impressed with his knowledge of how the pool works and with his honesty.
We had two things that we never fixed because prior servicemen suggested expensive repairs involving cutting out pipe equipment. One involved a missing lubricator cup. I got around it with glue. I was told the only remedy was an expensive relacement so I went with glue. Steve knew it was a simple fix of replacing the lubricator cap.
Our handle relating to the filter system would not go all the way down. Again an expensive repair was recommended so we lived with it not going all the way down. Steve knew immediately that a broken o ring was broken, keeping the handle from coming sown. Again a simple fix. Steve's knowledge of pool equipment resulted in needed repairs being made and in our satisfaction as Leslie's pool customers.
