arrow Is shipping an order from expensive?
Shipping on most orders to the continental United States is free! All orders over $100 receive free standard ground service in the continental US. If your order is under $100 we only charge you $7.95. For full details, including expedited shipping and shipping outside the continental US, check our our Shipping Rates & Policies page.
arrow When can I expect my order once I place it?
We try to estimate your product's arrival date on the page where you added it to your cart, just below the price. As a general rule though standard ground service takes 5-7 business days. We will get you a tracking number as soon as we have it which will give you a better estimate though. If we don't have an item in stock, or if it's a special order item we will send you an email. If you need more precise details, or expedited shipping, just give us a call at 1-800-537-5437.
arrow I just placed my order, now how do I track it?
As your order is processed and eventually shipped we will keep you up to date via email. Once your order leaves our warehouse you will be sent the tracking number used by the carrier. You can use this number to watch your shipment all the way to your doorstep. We will also keep any information in the My Account section of our website. If you have any concerns, because you haven't received tracking and it's been a few days, or you aren't sure about availability, feel free to call us at 1-800-537-5437.
arrow Do you ship internationally?
The short answer is "no". Right now we don't have the capability to ship internationally, but that doesn't mean we can't ship to a domestic freight forwarder! We want to do everything we can to help our customers no matter where you are, so don't hesitate to give us a call. arrow Why didn't I get FREE shipping?
To qualify for free ground shipping, your order must be both $100 or more and your shipping address must be in the contiguous US. For full details, check our our Shipping Rates & Policies page.
arrow What days does your warehouse ship?
Here at Leslie’s Pool, we know how important it is to get your order as quickly as possible. To keep up with customer demands, we ship from our warehouses through out the week and on the weekends during the summer season. We also ship from a number of warehouses which reduces the time it takes for you to get your order.
arrow What if something goes wrong? How do I send something back?
Mistakes happen, sometimes things arrive damaged, folks order the wrong thing, or the wrong item gets shipped. These situations are definitely in the minority, but if something does go wrong we will be here for you. arrow Is this product in stock?
In-stock products will show a green In Stock message just below the price on the product page, along with an estimate on when you would receive your product if ordered today. Products not in stock will show an estimate on how long it will take to order and ship your product. Almost everything on is in stock and ready to ship out, and even the products not in stock will usually ship out within 2-12 business days. arrow How can I find a product's SKU or model number?
The manufacturer SKU or model number is located on every product page of our site, just above the product rating.
arrow How do I update my shipping or billing address?
You can find the My Account link at the top of every page. From there, "Billing & Shipping Addresses" can be found on the left hand side of the page. Then just click "Edit" under the information you would like to change and click Save Profile once you have entered the new information to update your addresses for all future orders.
arrow How can I change my email and newsletter subscription preferences?
You can find the My Account link at the top of every page. From there, "Account Details" can be found on the left hand side of the page. To change your email click "Edit" next to the current email address and type in the new, correct email address. If you would like to change your subscription preferences, simply select your preference under Contact Preferences and click "Update".
