Accounts Receivable Clerk - Seasonal

Account Representative within the Accounts Receivable department, providing assistance to stores and customers in analyzing customer credit accounts for payment status, credit limits, authorization for purchases, reconciliation of payment posting issues, etc. Posts customer payments to account, makes outbound collection calls on delinquent accounts, researches payment posting issues and follows up with customers/stores as needed to reconcile customer account issues.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years experience in Accounts Receivable including but not limited to customer calls and collections experience, customer payment posting, credit approval and account setup, journal entries.
• Computer literate, internet, proficiency on Excel and Word, 10-key by touch
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs and handle large volume transactions
• AS400 experience preferred
