Customer Service Representative- Call Center
Inbound call processing to schedule requests for pool equipment service through the use of scheduling software. Will interact with other team members to resolve scheduling and customer issues. Will interact with customers to analyze problem types and work with dispatchers to provide resolution.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional phone etiquette.
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency with above average keyboard skills.
- Consistently positive, professional interaction with contacts at all levels.
- History of good attendance and work habits.
- Ability to learn the "technical" aspect of the swimming pool industry.
- Able to work flexible work schedule and weekends.
