This national program is designed for highly qualified individuals that have an interest in building a career in retail store management. You'll work closely with an experienced store manager who will mentor you and coach you through your training program and help put your ideas into action. Upon completion of the program you will be fully qualified to manage a Leslie’s retail store, candidate to be willing to relocate upon completion of the program.
1. Graduates with the following degrees: business, psychology, chemistry, math, statistics, communications or related fields. The desired GPA is 3.0 on a 4-point scale. Demonstrated leadership in Community Service/ Extracurricular Activities is also taken into consideration. or 2. Candidates may substitute 4 years of exceptional retail management experience for the degree requirement or some combination.
