COMMERCIAL SERVICE CENTER MANAGER
Job Description:
The Leslie's Pool Supplies Commercial Service Center (CSC) Manager is responsible for building and maintaining commercial sales within a specified market. Oversees the performance of a Leslie's Commercial Center to ensure it is meeting or exceeding customer service standards, sales plans, performance and operating procedures. Assists in the development of and is responsible for managing sales plans (both inside and outside), profit margins, payroll, and all controllable expenses. Responsible for the effective execution of all company-developed programs. Trains and develops personnel on all required training programs, and establishes the expectation of providing excellent customer service through personal example and expectation. At least 80% of the CSC Manager's time will be spent on outside sales calls with a focus on client retention.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent;
Four (4) years of exceptional outside sales experience;
At least two (2) years management experience in a sales environment;
Prior experience in the pool and spa industry preferred;
Must be proactive and driven in the achievement of sales goals;
Proven professional track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Computer literacy;
Ability to travel as necessary;
