Processing and Delivery Information
We proudly use FedEx for shipping. Most orders ship via FedEx Ground®. Normal delivery times are between 5-9 business days. Items requiring oversized or overweight shipping may extend delivery times by one or two days. Delivery is curbside only. Orders may arrive in multiple packages and on separate days depending on type of and volume of product ordered. Order tracking information can be found in the “Order Status / Tracking” section of this site.

- $0.01 - $25.00 = $7.99
- $25.01 - $100.00 = $9.99
- $100.01 - $250.00 = $11.99
- $250.01 and up = $13.99
Items ordered together may be shipped separately, but only one shipping fee will be charged per order. Delivery of all oversize items is curbside only.
Leslie’s is not shipping online orders outside the 48 contiguous states at the present time.
Method of Payment
Leslie’s offers its customers convenient payment options. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Leslie’s Card, Money Orders and personal checks are accepted forms of payment. Shipments using a Money Order or a personal check will be delayed for an additional 5 days to allow the payment to clear.
Return Information
IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU MAY RETURN IT. THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY:
- All requests to return an item must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. All return requests must be made by calling 800.537.5437
- All products must be returned in new condition in the original packaging.
- Certain products are not returnable. Please call for details.
- A 15% re-stocking fee applies to all returns.
- We are unable to credit you for shipping charges.
- We will provide you with a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a pre-paid FedEx return-shipping label. A $7.99 - $13.99 shipping fee will be applied to cover the return costs.
- Returns without an RMA or orders you refuse at the time of delivery will result in your credit being delayed or denied.
Claims
The carrier, Fed-Ex, is liable for damage or loss in transit. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier who handled the delivery of your shipment. Refused orders returned to us are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Typographical Errors
If a typographical error occurs on an item purchased that affects the selling price, we reserve the right to correct it to the current selling price.
Cancelled Orders
Please confirm items and quantities before finalizing your order. Orders can not be cancelled or modified after they are placed. Please refer to our returns instructions for directions on how to proceed if you need to return an item.
Back Orders
Back orders will automatically be shipped when the product is back in stock unless otherwise cancelled by the customer.
Liability
We assume no liability for the use or misuse of any product or item found in our catalogs or on our online store.
