SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Job Description:
As a Leslie's Pool Supplies Service Technician, you will interface with residential and commercial customers in providing service and general guidelines. Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: the installation and repair of pool equipment, and general maintenance of customers' pools. You will report to and work closely with the Service Manager to ensure excellent customer service and quality workmanship. Plumbing and electrical experience are helpful, but not required. Leslie's technicians must maintain the highest standards in customer service and professional and ethical conduct, must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective organizational skills, and must consistently present a professional and well-groomed appearance. Technicians are required to comply with all safety procedures, inclusive of safe working and driving habits.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent;
Prior pool installation and repair knowledge a plus;
Working knowledge of retail sales industry;
Excellent communication skills;
Proficiency with computers;
Knowledge of the swimming pool industry is a plus, but not required
